How do I reset the MMI on my Audi A1?

My Audi A1's MMI seems to be frozen and unresponsive. How can I reset it and get it working again?

To reset your MMI, press and hold the MENU button and the control knob for about 10 seconds. This will restart your MMI and should resolve any issues.
