How do I reset the MMI screen in my Audi A3?

I accidentally changed the settings on my MMI screen and now it looks distorted. I want to reset it back to default, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

To reset the MMI screen on your Audi A3, press and hold the CAR and NAV buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. This will reset the screen back to its default settings.
