How do I reset the MMI system in Audi A4?

I accidentally reset my MMI system and now it's not functioning properly. Can anyone guide me on how to properly reset it?

First, press and hold the Menu and Car buttons simultaneously until the system reboots. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes. I had a similar issue and this fixed it for me.
