How do I reset the MMI system on a 2018 Audi A3?

I am having trouble with the navigation and audio functions on my MMI system. Is there a way to reset it?

You can reset the MMI system by pressing and holding the MENU button and the top right control knob for about 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and should fix any issues you are experiencing.

Sometimes the MMI system can freeze or become unresponsive, in which case a hard reset is necessary. To do this, press and hold the POWER button and the control knob closest to the driver's seat for 10 seconds. This will force the system to restart.
