How do I reset the MMI system on an Audi A1?

I am having trouble with various features on my MMI system, such as the navigation and media controls. I have heard that resetting the system may help, but I am unsure of how to do so. Can anyone provide instructions on how to reset the MMI system on an Audi A1?

To reset the MMI system on an Audi A1, press and hold the NAV, RADIO, and MENU buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds. When the system resets, your navigation and media controls should function properly again.
