I am having trouble with my multimedia system in my 2018 Audi A4. The touchscreen is not responding and I can't access any of the features. What should I do?
ReplyTo reset the multimedia system, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. This should restart the system and fix any unresponsive issues. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes before reconnecting it. That usually does the trick for me!
I've experienced this issue before and found that doing a software update on the system helped. You can either take it to your Audi dealership or do it yourself using an SD card with the updated software. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully.
