Your oil change reminder should now be reset.
For older Audi A4 models without an MMI, you can reset the oil change reminder using the instrument cluster display. 1) Turn on the ignition, but do not start the engine. 2) Use the FIS (Function Indicator System) button on your dashboard to navigate to the service display. 3) Press and hold the FIS button until the word 'RESET?' appears. 4) Release the button and press it again to confirm the reset. Your oil change reminder should now be reset.
