How do I reset the service indicator on my 2003 Audi A2?

I recently performed an oil change on my 2003 Audi A2 and now the service indicator needs to be reset. How do I do this?

To reset the service indicator, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Press the button on the instrument cluster until the service indicator disappears. Release the button and turn off the ignition.

According to the Audi A2 owner's manual, the service indicator can be reset by pressing the button on the instrument cluster and holding it for 10 seconds. This should reset the indicator and display the next scheduled service.
