To reset the service indicator on your Audi A6, follow these steps: 1. Turn the ignition on, but do not start the engine. 2. Press the 'car' and 'settings' buttons simultaneously on the center console. 3. Use the scroll wheel to navigate to the 'service' option and press the 'ok' button. 4. Use the scroll wheel to select 'reset' and press the 'ok' button. 5. The service indicator should now be reset. If it doesn't work, try starting the process again or consult your owner's manual.

I faced the same issue with my Audi A6 and here is how I solved it: 1. With the ignition off, press and hold the reset button on the instrument cluster. 2. While holding the button, turn the ignition on. 3. Release the button and then press and hold it again until the display shows 'service mode'. 4. Turn the scroll wheel to select 'reset' and press the reset button to confirm. 5. The service indicator should now be reset.

I had this problem too and I found a different solution that worked for me: 1. With the ignition off, press both the 'setting' and 'esc' buttons on the center console. 2. While holding the buttons, turn the ignition on. 3. Release the buttons and then press the 'reset' button on the instrument cluster. 4. Use the scroll wheel to select 'reset oil change interval' and press the 'ok' button. 5. The service indicator should now be reset.
