To reset the service light in an Audi A2, you will need to access the instrument cluster and follow these steps:

1. Turn the key in the ignition to the "On" position, but do not start the engine.
2. Press and hold the "Service" button on the instrument cluster for approximately 10 seconds, until the service light starts flashing.
3. Release the button, then press and hold it again for another 5 seconds.
4. The service light should now be reset. You can release the button and turn off the ignition.

One possible cause for the service light not turning off after servicing your Audi A2 is that the service interval indicator was not reset. To reset it, you will need to:

1. Turn the key in the ignition to the "On" position, but do not start the engine.
2. Press and hold the "Trip" button on the instrument cluster for approximately 10 seconds, until the service light starts flashing.
3. Release the button, then turn off the ignition.
4. Start the engine and the service light should now be off.

It is possible that the service light in your Audi A2 is not resetting because of a malfunction in the instrument cluster. In this case, it is best to take your car to a certified mechanic who can diagnose and fix the issue.
