How do I turn off regenerative braking in the Audi e-Tron?

I have heard that regenerative braking can improve range in electric cars, but I prefer the feeling of coasting. How can I turn off regenerative braking in my Audi e-Tron?

You can also use the paddle shifters on the steering wheel to turn off regenerative braking temporarily. Simply pull and hold the left paddle to enter 'coasting mode' and release to resume regenerative braking.
