How do I turn off the start-stop function on my Audi A1?

I find the constant starting and stopping of the engine at traffic lights or in stop-and-go traffic annoying. Is there a way to disable this function in my Audi A1?

Unfortunately, the start-stop function cannot be completely disabled in the Audi A1. However, you can turn it off temporarily by pressing the start-stop button on the center console or by switching to Sport mode.
