How do I use the adaptive suspension system in my Audi A4?

I recently purchased an Audi A4 and noticed it has an adaptive suspension system. However, I'm not sure how to use it effectively. Can someone give me some guidance?

The adaptive suspension system in the Audi A4 allows you to adjust the firmness of the suspension according to your driving preferences and road conditions. Simply press the suspension button located on the center console and use the rotary knob to select the desired setting.
