How do you engage the active lane assist in an Audi A7?

I just got a new Audi A7 and I'm not sure how to activate the active lane assist feature. Is it automatically on, or do I have to do something to enable it?

The active lane assist feature can be activated by pressing the button with the steering wheel and road symbol on it, located on your center console. It will light up in green when activated.
