How do you manually activate the parking brake on an Audi A6?

I've recently noticed that my Audi A6's parking brake doesn't always engage automatically when I turn off the engine. Is there a way to manually activate it for additional safety measures?

To manually activate the parking brake on an Audi A6, simply pull up on the lever located between the front seats. It should lock into place, indicating that the brake is engaged.
