How do you reset the MMI Navigation System in an Audi A6?

I recently purchased an Audi A6 but I'm having trouble with the Navigation System. It seems to be stuck and won't show me any new routes or directions. I've tried restarting the car but that didn't work. Is there a way to reset the MMI Navigation System?
