I'm curious about how the all-wheel drive system works in the Audi A6. Does it distribute power equally to all four wheels or is it adjustable?
ReplyThe Audi A6's Quattro system is a permanent all-wheel drive system that distributes power to all four wheels. However, it also has torque vectoring technology which can adjust the power distribution between the front and rear axles, as well as between the left and right wheels, for improved handling and stability.
The Audi A6's Quattro system uses a center differential to distribute power between the front and rear axles, with a default power split of 40:60. However, it can send up to 70% of the power to the front axle or up to 85% to the rear axle depending on road conditions.
