I've heard that the Audi A8 has a 'Traffic Jam Assist' feature. How does this feature work and how reliable is it?

The 'Traffic Jam Assist' feature on the Audi A8 uses a combination of adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist to automatically maintain a safe following distance and keep the car centered in its lane in slow-moving traffic. It also includes stop-and-go functionality, meaning the car can come to a complete stop and resume driving when the car in front moves.

I've personally used the 'Traffic Jam Assist' feature on my Audi A8 and it has been very reliable. It takes a lot of the stress out of stop-and-go traffic situations and I've never had any issues with it.
