I have noticed that my Audi A1's headlights are not properly aligned and it's affecting my visibility while driving at night. How can I adjust them correctly?
ReplyFirst, locate the vertical alignment screws on the back of the headlight housing. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to adjust them until the beams are at the correct level. Then, use the horizontal adjustment screw to ensure they are properly aligned with the center of the vehicle.
Before making any adjustments, park your Audi A1 on a flat surface about 25 feet away from a flat wall. Turn the headlights on and mark the center point of each beam on the wall with a piece of tape. Use the adjustment screws to align the beams with the marks on the wall.
