The engine oil levels can be checked by first ensuring the car is on a flat surface and the engine is turned off. Then, locate the dipstick and pull it out, wiping it clean before inserting it back into the oil tank. Pull it out again and ensure the oil level falls between the two marks.

When checking for oil levels, make sure the engine is cold. A warm engine can give inaccurate readings. If the oil level is low, top up with the recommended oil. It is always a good idea to keep a bottle of oil in your car for emergencies.

I have had an Audi A2 for years and have found that it is best to check the oil levels every few weeks. This will ensure your engine stays well lubricated and prolong its life. Always use the right type of oil, as recommended by the manufacturer.
