How to check the oil level on an Audi Q5?

I have recently purchased an Audi Q5 and I want to make sure I am properly maintaining it. How can I check the oil level to ensure it is at the appropriate level for optimal performance?

To check the oil level on an Audi Q5, start by parking on level ground and letting the car engine cool down for at least 5 minutes. Then locate the oil dipstick, remove it, and wipe it clean with a cloth. Insert the dipstick back into the tube and remove it again, this time checking the oil level. If it is between the 'max' and 'min' marks, your oil level is good. If it is below the 'min' mark, add more oil as needed.
