ReplyI had this issue with my Audi Q5 as well. I found that resetting the car's infotainment system by holding down the volume knob for 10 seconds did the trick.
I had a similar issue and it turned out to be a software bug. Head to your Audi dealership and they should be able to update the software for you to fix the issue.
