How to fix the MMI system in my Audi A4?

I have been experiencing issues with my MMI system in my Audi A4, such as a frozen screen and unresponsive buttons. Anyone know how to fix this?

You may need to perform a soft reset of the MMI system by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and reconnecting it.
