How to reset MMI in an Audi A4?

I am having trouble with the MMI system in my Audi A4 and it's not responding to any of my inputs. How can I reset the system to fix this issue?

To reset the MMI in your Audi A4, press and hold the MENU, central control knob and top right control knob buttons for about 10 seconds. Then release the buttons and the system should restart.
