How to reset the Audi A8 MMI system?

My Audi A8 MMI system seems to be stuck and I can't access any of the features. How can I reset it?

To reset your MMI system, press and hold the 'Setup' button and the 'MMI' knob simultaneously for about 10 seconds. This should restart the system.
