How to reset the Audi MMI navigation system?

I am unable to access my Audi MMI navigation system. Is there a way to reset it?

To reset your Audi MMI navigation system, press and hold down the Media and Setup soft keys for 10 seconds. Your system should restart and the navigation should function properly.

If holding down the Media and Setup buttons doesn't work, try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes. This will allow the system to fully reset and may fix any issues you are experiencing.
