How to reset the head unit in my Audi A4?

I accidentally changed the language setting on my head unit and now it's stuck in a language I can't understand. How can I reset it back to the default language?

To reset the head unit in your Audi A4, hold down the power button for 10 seconds until the unit powers off and on again. This should reset the language settings back to the default.
