How to reset the MMI in my Audi A4?

I'm having issues with my MMI system in my Audi A4. It seems to be frozen and I can't access any of the functions. How can I reset it?

The first thing to try is to hold down the MENU, BACK and TONE buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, you can disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This will reset the MMI system.
