I'm having trouble with my MMI infotainment system in my Audi A6 and I can't seem to find a way to reset it. How can I reset the system and get it working again?
ReplyTo reset your MMI infotainment system in your Audi A6, hold down the MENU button, the central control knob and the top right control knob all at the same time for 10 seconds. This will reset the system and it should start working again.
My solution is to disconnect the car battery for 10 minutes and then reconnect it. This typically resets the MMI system and resolves any issues. Give it a try and see if it helps.
I've had the same issue with my Audi A6 before and the best solution I've found is to go into the SETUP menu, select “CAR”, then “Systems” and select “Audi Connect” and finally click the button called “Forget all Wi-Fi passwords”.
