How to reset the MMI on 2018 Audi A4?

I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi A4 and the Multi Media Interface (MMI) seems to be frozen. How can I reset it?

To reset the MMI on a 2018 Audi A4, start by pressing and holding the Media, Setup, and Top View buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. This will perform a hard reset and should resolve any issues with the MMI system.
