ReplyTo reset the MMI on your Audi Q5, first turn off the ignition and remove the key from the ignition. Then, press and hold the MENU button on the MMI control panel while also pressing the CAR and SETUP buttons. Keep holding until the MMI display turns off and then release the buttons. Your MMI system should now be reset.
