I accidentally changed the settings on my MMI screen and now the display is not working properly. How can I reset it?

To reset the MMI screen, press and hold the Menu, Setup, and Back buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. This will reset the screen and restore the default settings.

You can also try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and reconnecting it. This may also reset the MMI screen.
