I am having trouble with my MMI screen in my Audi A6, it keeps freezing and I'm not sure how to restart it. Can anyone provide me with a solution or steps to reset it?
ReplyTo reset the MMI screen in your Audi A6, press and hold down the MMI control knob and the top right control knob simultaneously for 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and should fix any issues you are having.
If pressing and holding the control knobs doesn't work, try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This should reset the system as well.
