How to reset the MMI system in a Audi A6?

I recently purchased a used Audi A6 and am having trouble with the MMI system. It seems to freeze and I'm not sure how to reset it. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to reset the MMI system? Thanks!

To reset the MMI system in a Audi A6, press and hold the MENU button and the big know for about 10 seconds until the screen goes blank and the MMI system restarts.

I have had success with resetting the MMI system by removing the fuse for the MMI system and then putting it back after a few minutes. This may help alleviate any freeze issues.

Sometimes, simply turning off the car and removing the key from the ignition for a few minutes can help reset the MMI system. Give it a try!
