How to reset the MMI system on Audi A7?

I am having trouble with my MMI system in my Audi A7. It seems to be frozen and not responding to any commands. How can I reset it?

The MMI system on Audi A7 can be reset by simultaneously pressing and holding the MENU and SETTINGS buttons on the MMI control panel for about 10 seconds. This will restart the system and clear any temporary glitches.
