I am unable to access the navigation system on my Audi Q7 with MMI® Navigationplus. The screen is black and I can't seem to reboot it. What steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
ReplyFirst, try resetting your MMI system by pressing the MENU and CENTER knobs simultaneously for a few seconds. If that doesn't work, check the fuses for the navigation system and make sure they are intact. You can also try updating the MMI firmware.
If the above steps don't work, it's possible that the MMI unit itself may be malfunctioning. You may need to take your car to an authorized Audi dealership for further diagnosis and repair.
Another common issue with MMI® Navigationplus is the SD card becoming loose or damaged. Double check that the SD card is securely inserted and not damaged. You can also try using a different SD card if necessary.
