How to troubleshoot the MMI Navigation in Audi A6?

I am having trouble with my MMI Navigation system in my Audi A6. It keeps showing an error message and is not functioning properly. Can anyone provide some guidance on how to fix it?

Hi Maria, I have had similar issues with my MMI Navigation system. One thing you can try is to reset the system by pressing and holding the buttons for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, you may need to take it to a Audi dealership for further assistance.
