How to troubleshoot the MMI System in Audi vehicles?

I recently purchased an Audi and I'm having trouble with the MMI system. Sometimes the screen freezes or it takes a long time to load. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue?

You can try resetting the MMI system by pressing and holding down the MENU button and the scroll wheel for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, check for any software updates for your vehicle.
