How to update maps on Audi MMI navigation system?

I just purchased an Audi with MMI navigation system, but the maps seem to be outdated. How can I update them to the latest version?

You can update your maps by downloading them from the official Audi website and then transferring them onto an SD card, which can be inserted into your MMI system.
