Is the Audi R8 available in a manual transmission?

I love driving manual transmission cars and have been considering purchasing an Audi R8. However, I can't seem to find a concrete answer on whether or not it is available with a manual transmission option. Can anyone confirm?

Unfortunately, the Audi R8 is only available in an automatic transmission. Audi made the decision to discontinue the manual option due to low demand and the advancements in their automatic transmission technology. As someone who also enjoys driving manual, I was disappointed but I have to admit, the R8's automatic transmission is top-notch.

To my knowledge, the last year a manual transmission was offered for the Audi R8 was in 2015. After that, the decision was made to only offer an automatic transmission. However, if you really have your heart set on a manual R8, you may be able to find a used one on the market or try reaching out to Audi directly to see if they can make a special order for you.
