I recently purchased an Audi e-Tron but I'm having trouble with the charging port. The system is displaying an error message and I'm not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions?
ReplyIt's possible that there could be an issue with the charging port itself. Try cleaning it with a dry cloth and then try again. If that doesn't work, you may need to have it serviced.
I had a similar problem with my e-Tron and it turned out to be a faulty connection in the wiring. Take it to an Audi dealership and they should be able to diagnose and fix the issue.
