What are E-Tron Quattro Odometer and Trip Meter Reading Bug?

I am experiencing an issue with my Audi E-Tron Quattro where the odometer and trip meter readings get stuck and do not update properly. To resolve this bug, I have tried resetting the trip meter and turning the car off and on again, but the problem persists. How can I fix this issue?

The E-Tron Quattro has a known issue with the odometer and trip meter readings getting stuck. To fix this, you will need to take your car to an Audi dealership and have them update the software on your vehicle. This should resolve the bug and allow your readings to update properly. In the future, make sure to keep your car's software up to date to prevent this issue from occurring again.

I had the same issue with my E-Tron Quattro and I found that resetting the trip meter multiple times seemed to help. Try holding down the trip button for 10-15 seconds until the readings reset. Then, continue to hold down the button for a few more seconds until the trip meter resets again. This may help to fix the bug temporarily.

After experiencing this bug, I contacted Audi customer support and they informed me that this is a known issue and there is a software update available to fix it. They scheduled a time for me to bring my car in for the update and it resolved the issue completely. I recommend reaching out to Audi for assistance with this problem.
