What are the common problems with the Audi MMI System?

I recently purchased an Audi vehicle and I'm having troubles with the MMI System. It keeps freezing and the touchscreen is not responsive at times. What could be causing these issues?

It is possible that your MMI System is experiencing technical glitches due to a software update. Try resetting the system by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.
