Another issue is with the navigation system, where the map is not updating or the directions are incorrect. In this case, make sure your car has a strong GPS signal and try resetting the system as mentioned earlier. You can also check for any available software updates for the MMI system.
Sometimes the Bluetooth connectivity can also be problematic, with calls dropping or audio cutting out. The best solution for this is to delete all paired devices and re-pair them again. Additionally, make sure your phone's software is up-to-date and try clearing the MMI system's cache.
