What are the pros and cons of Audi's MMI infotainment system?

I am considering buying an Audi and I've heard mixed reviews about the MMI infotainment system. Some people say it's the best, while others say it's laggy and difficult to use. What are your thoughts?

I have been using the MMI infotainment system in my Audi for over a year now and I have to say, it's definitely not perfect. The main advantage of the MMI system is its sleek design and the use of a control knob instead of a touchscreen, which can be distracting while driving. However, I have experienced some lag at times and the menu system can be a bit confusing.

I used to have an Audi with the MMI system and I loved it. The knob control was so much easier to use than a touchscreen, especially while driving. I never experienced any lag and the menu system was easy to navigate. However, I have heard that the newer versions of the MMI system can be a bit more complicated.

I have a friend who has an Audi with the MMI system and she hates it. She says it's really difficult to use and there are too many steps to do simple tasks. She wishes she had gone with a different brand.
