What are the recommended tire pressure and tread depth for an Audi A3?

I recently got an Audi A3 and I want to make sure I am properly maintaining my tires. What tire pressure should I maintain and at what point should I consider replacing my tires?

Maintaining the right tire pressure is important for both performance and safety. The recommended tire pressure for an Audi A3 is 36 PSI for the front tires and 33 PSI for the rear tires. As for tread depth, the minimum legal requirement is 2/32 of an inch, but for optimal safety and performance, it is recommended to replace your tires when the tread depth reaches 4/32 of an inch.

As a general rule, you should check your tire pressure at least once a month. As for tread depth, you can easily check it yourself by using a penny. Place the penny upside down in the grooves of your tire. If you can see the top of Lincoln's head, it's time to replace your tires.
