What causes the jerky movement of the Audi A2 when accelerating?

When I press on the gas pedal, my Audi A2 sometimes experiences a sudden, jerky movement before picking up speed. It's quite uncomfortable and I'm curious to know what could be causing this issue.

This jerky movement could be due to a faulty throttle position sensor. It measures the angle of your gas pedal and communicates it to the car's computer. If it is malfunctioning, it could be sending incorrect signals and causing the jerky movement.

Another possible cause could be a dirty or clogged fuel filter. This can restrict the flow of fuel to the engine, resulting in intermittent jerky movements. It's a good idea to have it checked and replaced if necessary.
