What is Audi Virtual Cockpit and how do you use it?

I just bought a new Audi A4 and noticed it has something called the Virtual Cockpit. Can someone explain what it does and how to navigate it?

The Audi Virtual Cockpit is a fully digital and customizable instrument cluster display that shows important information like speed and navigation directions. To use it, simply use the buttons on your steering wheel to toggle through the different screens and use the controls on the center console to adjust the settings. It takes a bit of getting used to, but once you do, it's a highly useful feature.
