What is the difference between Audi's Quattro and Quattro with ultra technology?

I've been looking at different Audi cars and noticed that some have Quattro while others mention Quattro with ultra technology. What exactly is the difference between the two?

The Quattro system in Audi cars is a four-wheel drive system that distributes power to all four wheels for better traction and handling. Quattro with ultra technology, on the other hand, is a newer version of the system which features a predictive, intelligent and adaptive operating logic that can choose between permanent all-wheel drive and front-wheel drive as needed.
