I have personally connected 5 devices to my Audi A6's Bluetooth without any issues. As long as you have a good signal, you should be able to connect multiple devices without any problems.
I would suggest not connecting more than 3 devices at once to the Audi A6's Bluetooth. Connecting too many devices can cause lag and affect the performance of the system.
